That’s awesome! That the AT best Indoors by an Iowa prep and the 6th fastest ever by an Iowa prep. AT Best outdoors is 4:40.82. All but 3 on the list were run out of season. The aforementioned 3 were run at Drake in 2023.

Headed to Seminole Valley in CR soon for 2nd annual State JV XC meet. 50+ participants last year, 200+ today. Boys at 10:00. Girls at 10:30. Easton Mai has done a great job of putting this event together.
