Spent hours trying to figure out with Microsoft why I could not chat with external/guest users. Come to find out that tenants block inbound chat requests from trial users! I was on a 1-month business basic trial, so paying resolved it!

If a software package has dependencies that are keeping a function from working, be nice and let the user know the next step to set up the missing dependency. I'm looking at you Microsoft! #headbang

Seeking information on an IP, for whatever reason? @ipinfo at ipinfo.io is a great tool that beats your standard WHOIS. Use their search in the web UI, use cURL to retrieve a dataset, or pay for upgraded packages for even more. I use this service to troubleshoot.

I have to wonder how much of the Meta priduct line failure comes from the horrible experience that is Facebook. I have low trust in anything Meta, specifically because of the quality and usability issues of Facebook.
