I called it years ago. A game that doesn't let you customize your character's hair would eventually have corporate issues of not caring about their player base. Ya'll laughed at me, but it 'represents' the fundamental issues for the current state of the game.

@NianticHelp What about Eastern Time Zone where there were also issues? My group couldn’t get into our first raid until 11:12 and many glitched out of the 2nd raid.

We have resolved an issue preventing Trainers from joining Elite Raids. By way of apology, we have added an additional day of Elite Raids on March 12 local time for Trainers in the GMT +13 timezone. Thanks for your understanding.

@NianticHelp I completed 5 Regidrago raids and caught 4 (the game glitched on the 5th) but never received the timed research.
