From idea to impact, the new Cedar Falls pool has a sparger. One of our @CF_CAPS Careers teams created a device that provides a cushion of bubbles to help practicing divers prevent injury and build confidence in their maneuvers. This has been a fun project to watch develop.

Its been neat to watch the growth of Emergent from when they were just getting started at Riverplace Cowork in 2017 to opening their own office space with multiple employees in @CityCF. Congrats on all the success that came from hard and dedication to serving your communities.

There was a lot to celebrate at the CAPS Innovation Celebration on Wednesday. The projects we have had in @CF_CAPS Careers' this year have been unique, challenging, and worthwhile. All of our associates did a great job highlighting their work on April 22nd.
