Looking to refuel our project pipeline with a committed partner & staple in our community, @VeridianCU. It's much easier to sell they "why" when many at the table either had their children in CAPS or have interacted in other ways. Neat evolution going into our 10 yr anniversary.

Monday's CAPS Training brought together one of the most diverse cross sections of K-12 we've ever had — healthcare, elementary, MS, HS, new programs, directors, all united by 1 mission: Preparing all students for their purpose. Nearly 10 years in. The work continues. 🎯

Last Wednesday, @CF_CAPS Careers volunteered at The Salvation Army of Waterloo & Cedar Falls. Our team was all over helping with yard work, cleaning furniture, and painting during our Team Time. It felt good to serve and learn more about their meaningful work in the community.

@CF_CAPS Careers has an incredibly busy week last week. There was something major happening everyday. Last Tuesday, our associates gave their final speeches for public speaking. It was great to hear about their takeaways from CAPS this semester. @CFCAPSCareers @NetworkCAPS

From idea to impact, the new Cedar Falls pool has a sparger. One of our @CF_CAPS Careers teams created a device that provides a cushion of bubbles to help practicing divers prevent injury and build confidence in their maneuvers. This has been a fun project to watch develop.

Its been neat to watch the growth of Emergent from when they were just getting started at Riverplace Cowork in 2017 to opening their own office space with multiple employees in @CityCF. Congrats on all the success that came from hard and dedication to serving your communities.
