She left with new script for epi! I feltly slightly guilty for getting on her for not having her epi with her, but I think she understands how important it is now. And I couldn’t help it! Always keep epi with you!

Please remind your family, friends, and patients with food allergies to always carry auto injectable epinephrine! Yesterday I had a tree nut allergic patient have an episode of anaphylaxis in my waiting room because she ate a protein bar that had walnuts in it.

@docwock Well done. This is part of self care. Also these apps can be addicting. I’m try to teach my daughters responsible phone use, doesn’t help if I’m glued to it, so I’ve been limiting my use as well.
