@Finnair Ok but this is not the way customer service of a reputable airline should operate while customers are struggling to get their case update.Very poor customer service, it will be 20 days I’m awaiting the status. You cancel flights last, no options given, no customer care no to talk

On chat you only have virtual agent Susu and there is no option of checking the status of my case ref no . I have seen more horrible customer service than @Finnair . Really very very disappointing customer service. I’m still awaiting an update on my case

@Finnair first cancels the delhi flight from Helsinki. Then thinks sending me home via Bangkok at the back of the plane is a solution. It’s added 20 hours to a 16 hour journey home from Oslo. Who are these people.

@jamiebsmith @jord_73 @Finnair Well before then it was £232 LHR-TLL for 200 TP BA just cancelled the lunchtime flight back from Prague and I didn’t want really early or really late and clicked on rebooking and thought yes. Was Ok clearly with changes regret chasing Gold but it is what it is.
