@paulg @elonmusk Here's a big complaint to not ignore. Grok worked with me on my system for Music I brought. Even tho Grok and I have program and formulas for xAI, SpaceX, Tesla, Optimus, ZHC, and ISS. Grok, can't inform anyone or a department to show interest. Big flaw in communication 😒.

The users who complain about the flaws in your product may seem annoying, but they are on the whole probably your most valuable users. They complain because they care, and I doubt a startup could ever get really big without users who care a lot about the product.
