@CGjim Depends a lot, theres some that do their own thing, others buy them online and others just rent it or even buy it from other cosplayers. You can find some stores on instagram or facebook for example. There is a market with small businesses/people that make costumes and sell them.

Sorry for the newb question, but do most cosplayers make their own costumes, or is there a whole separate community of cosplay clothiers?
