@CHRM_College is proud to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with @AIU_uni , a partnership aimed at strengthening collaboration in education, research, and professional development. The MOU signing ceremony took place at the CHRM Boardroom, marking a significant milestone in advancing shared goals of nurturing skilled professionals and fostering innovation in higher education. The @CHRM_College team was led by College Principal, CHRP Margaret K. Kinyanjui, accompanied by Moses Maina (Business Development Manager), Leonard Musomba (Head of Consultancy), Milkah Murimi (HR Admin & Executive Assistant to the Principal), and Samuel Munyi (Head of Learning Resources & IT). The @AIU_uni delegation was led by Prof. John K. Chang’ach (Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Academic Affairs & Research), joined by Dr. Lucy Kinyua (Dean, School of Business and Economics), Dr. Florence Mungathia (Director, Institutional Development & Brand Management), Joseph Muriithi (Head of Marketing), Enos Changulo (Partnership Manager), and Hannah Gacheri (Administrative Officer, School of Business and Economics). This partnership paves the way for joint programs, research initiatives, faculty collaboration, and capacity-building efforts, reflecting both institutions’ commitment to academic excellence and leadership development. Together, CHRM and @AIU_uni are building stronger bridges between academia and industry for a transformative future.
