Preparing a speech for a "typical" Democrat, such as a member of Congress, governor, senator, or candidate follows a structured process shaped by the speaker's style, the occasion, and the party's political goals. Comparing that to Trump's off the cuff rallys not apples to apples. What's even mor frustrating to the haters is all the access the press has to Trump.
