Modern hiring heavily screens for the first (technical tests, case interviews, GPA). Rarely tests for the second (situational judgment on ethics, trade-offs, human dynamics). We end up with teams full of brilliant tacticians… and surprised when strategy collapses, or culture rots. @ryanels Really depends on the services you provide for the organization. As for me, Hybrid fits best. In-person to form and mature relationships, remote for mostly uninterrupted work.

@CyberRacheal Depends on the value of the asset and whether there can be other mitigating controls. If the value is high, document it either way and get sign-off from the business that they will accept the risk.

You find a critical vulnerability in a legacy system that the business refuses to take offline. Do you fix it anyway and risk a crash, or leave it and document the risk?🤔
