Wisdom: Knows whether you should, and what the hidden costs will be in 2–3 years.
Modern hiring heavily screens for the first (technical tests, case interviews, GPA).
Rarely tests for the second (situational judgment on ethics, trade-offs, human dynamics).
We end up with teams full of brilliant tacticians… and surprised when strategy collapses, or culture rots.
