Since the beginning of 2026, Iranians have been deprived of access to international networks for more than half of this period. If someone is posting from within Iran with their face and/or real name visible, they are either a regime supporter or a paid agent. Actual opposition activists who reveal their identity don’t get "likes", they get raided. From the mass arrests in January 2026 to the recent targeted detentions, history proves that open dissent ends in Evin Prison or worse. If they’re safe enough to show their face, they’re part of the system. This is what we call a "white sim card" holder (exclusive free internet for regime supporters). The VPN configs she is talking about are extremely expensive and very limited on data usage. The fact that she is active on Tik Tok of all places, where every video uses a lot of data, we can easily conclude that she is a white sim card regime agent.

Hard to overstate how devastating this decision is. The introduction of commercial fishing is almost guaranteed to deplete existent stocks. We’re talking ecosystem collapse, and the collapse of communities that rely on these fisheries in any fashion.

The snake head caterpillar is a wild example of Batesian mimicry. When threatened, it hangs from a branch, inflates its body, and reveals a convincing snake-like head complete with eye spots, even mimicking a strike to scare off predators.
