🚨 In a recent development, a judge has ruled in favor of seven Massachusetts State Troopers who lost their jobs for refusing to get the COVID-19 vaccine. Governor Charlie Baker and the Department of State Police had taken disciplinary action against the troopers, leading to their termination in April 2022. Following the arbitrator's ruling, the seven troopers will be reinstated with full seniority rights and benefits, except for any interim earnings and unemployment compensation they might have received during the suspension. Patrick McNamara, the President of the State Police Association of Massachusetts, criticized Governor Baker's executive order, calling it an "attack on organized labor and the rights of our members."
