@CGIRacing I’d love to do that but unfortunately for the first time since I started racing here in 2012 I asked for a deferral due to an injury I incurred yesterday and am being told I’m out of luck bc I didn’t send ask for the deferral until 7am this morning. So disappointed in you.

@LIRR why are you power washing the Bellmore Station platform during rush hour? Huge puddles everywhere - they’re doing it right in the middle of all of us!

@LIRR On the 6:36 from Penn to Wantagh. Train hasn’t moved for 20 min, no announcements. What’s going on?

We strongly advise customers to use alternate branches, such as the Babylon, Port Washington and Montauk branches. We will update you shortly.

LIRR service remains suspended on the Ronkonkoma, Huntington/Port Jefferson and Oyster Bay branches due to a downed PSEGLI power line on the tracks west of Hicksville. LIRR and PSEGLI personnel are on scene.

@LIRR - Bellmore Station roof is leaking so badly from the melting snow the platform is a lake. People are all ing through puddles that stretch across the entire platform.

@LIRR @News12LI @CBSNewYork throwing salt on this isn’t a real solution. Is there a plan to repair the leaking roof? Someone is going to get seriously injured.

@LIRR Not sure what they did, but it wasn’t very effective. This is a real hazard.

@LIRR this looks dangerous. Most of the west end of the platform is like this or worse.

@LIRR Bellmore station. The whole west side is a sheet of ice - looks like the roof is leaking and it froze overnight.

@LIRR How can you be on schedule with delays?

We are currently running on or close to schedule, however due to a train with earlier equipment trouble customers can expect delays of 5-10 minutes btw Freeport-Jamaica. We will continue to monitor the situation and update you if there are any additional impacts to our service.

@LIRR What about the 7:48 from Wantagh to Penn? It was 20 minutes late and the email alert said due to a late train ahead? It’s parked in Wantagh and the only train that ended up in front of it was the 7:53 to Brooklyn, which is supposed to come after! Please stop lying to us.

The 7:55AM train from Babylon due Patchogue at 8:25AM is operating 11 minutes late due to a late-arriving conncection.

@LIRR 7:44 train from Merrick to Penn - for $295/month, it would be nice to have seats that aren’t made of tape.

@LIRR And there was no 5:44 either, It was a 5:47 that left the station close to 6pm.

The 5:40PM train from Penn due Seaford at 6:32PM has been cancelled due to an earlier derailment. Customers can take the 5:44PM train from Penn due Freeport at 6:30PM which has been extended to Seaford.

@LIRR Are you kidding? Where was this at 5:30? No announcement at all, just missing from the board. No text alerts about any of these either.
