@LMHRConsulting @virginmedia Unless cable is your only option Virgin Media is definitely one to avoid- famously hopeless. BT Openreach own all the other networks so no matter who you use you are on BT, just getting a packaged and often limited service if not buying from them direct.

Having swapped over last Friday to @virginmedia to improve our broadband it is now WORSE, and I can’t get through to speak to someone (was on hold for an hour and then they cut me off, called back and gave up after a further 30 mins) Not good @virginmedia, not good 👎🏻☹️
