@CJT80 Hi there. Thank you for letting us know. Can you confirm the bus service number please?
English

@BeeNetwork the onboard audio on bus 3067 is very loud downstairs. I have reported this before.
English

@BeeNetwork the bus times cover at your Velopark Tram Stop Stop E needs replacing it's been vandalised and you can't clearly see the bus times.

English

@Jackdt24 @BeeNetwork Blackrod is the final station before the boundary. So from Blackrod to Blackpool. Also if he had a Disabled Persons Concession pass he maybe able to apply for a Disabled Persons Railcard as the criteria recently changed
English

@BeeNetwork good morning, please can you remove the closed signs from the bus stops at St Martin's Church and Sunnyside Road/Greenside lane on the 230/231 routes. The roadworks are no longer there.
English

@BeeNetwork Good Morning, bus 3065 has very loud announcements on the lower deck, not sure about upstairs. Not sure if it's an issues with this bus type as I previously reported 3069 had the same issue.
English

@BeeNetwork No problem. Also bus 3069 has really loud announcements. They just need turning down a little bit.
English

@BeeNetwork bus VMD464's upstairs 'next stop' screen is not displaying any stops it just partially say's Hanover.
English

@CJT80 Thanks for reaching out to us. I've reported this to the bus team.
English

@BeeNetwork bus VMD441 BD74 WHE currently on the 230 has a damaged diffuser for downstairs saloon lights. It's either come loose or been pulled out.

English

@CJT80 Hi, thank you for raising this with us. I will get this reported to the team now.
English

@BeeNetwork bus 3067 needs the volume for the onboard announcements turned down, it's too loud.
English

@SouthernRailUK not sure if the entire train is affected but coach number 78552 on 1F32 has an issue with the PIS.

@Woof1972 @NeilGarratt @SpeedySticks007 It'll be a complete nightmare. Above ground there are shops and a pub, next to a major thoroughfare.
English

@NeilGarratt @SpeedySticks007 So these are deep level, over two banks, in a very constrained area with a limited amount of workspace, where all the old machines need to be fully removed and the site clear for new, then all that needs bringing in.
Yeah how would you do that then if such an expert ?

Two years from start to finish - 13km of track, multiple viaducts, 15 stations, 11 trains, plus a depot at Poplar.
But in the year of our Lord 2025, it takes one whole year to install new escalators in one station.
TfL@TfL
Cutty Sark station will be closed from Sat 31 May 2025 until spring 2026. This is because we're installing four new energy-efficient escalators at Cutty Sark station to improve your journeys. Plan your journey ahead 👇 tfl.gov.uk/travel-tools
English

@anlabyjools @NeilGarratt @JamesCleverly It was built by CGL Rail from Mudchute to Lewisham. They owned the building and infrastructure from 1996 until 2021. Since then TfL have been responsible and have (presumably) been trying to finance a solution.
English

@NeilGarratt @JamesCleverly I have lived with Cutty Sark as my local station for the last 27 months. In that time never have all 4 escalators worked and no escalators have worked for the last 8/9 months so you are under reporting the total fiasco. As I can only account for 27 months so might I.
