@CLG2622 Hi Chloe, we're expecting to have the line back shortly so you can travel via the midlands as usual. Failing that, we still have ticket acceptance in place with Crosscountry to Reading and the with GWR into London Paddington. x.com/AvantiWestCoas… - Miles

@AvantiWestCoast Cancellation is bad enough. But carriage C on the 17:21 to Crewe has no air conditioning & just about standing room . Water is being passed around, but you’ll be lucky not to have medical emergencies on your hands

@AvantiWestCoast sat at Coventry waiting to get to Euston. Was originally on the 15:47 from new street but that was cancelled due to 2 train faults. Then got ont he 16:36 from international which hasn’t moved from Coventry. What are my options for getting back to London?

@CLG2622 Hi we are still running trains to Headcorn unless your train is diverted to Ashford then you can otherwise am afraid you cannot ^AM

⚠️NEW: A tree is blocking one of the lines between Tonbridge and #PaddockWood. Trains are still able to run in both directions, but are being delayed by approximately 10 minutes between the two stations.

@Se_Railway my train to Headcorn is now going to maidstone and Ashford only. Can I use my Headcorn ticket to get to Ashford where I’ll organise my own way back?

@AvantiWestCoast hi there, I tried to reserve a seat for a train leaving in the next 40 minutes but was told at the station that they stop reserving seats. Is this correct? Just so I know for next time

@CLG2622 As you have a through ticket from Headcorn to Birmingham I can confirm that this will be valid for travel on the next available service from Euston - Iain

@AvantiWestCoast morning, I’m on the 07.10 from Euston to Birmingham but my connecting train to Euston is delayed therefore I’ll likely miss the 07.10. It’s an advance single from Headcorn to Birmingham, as it’s due to a delay can I get a later train?

@AvantiWestCoast Thanks Iain, I haven’t collected it from the station yet but it’s an advance single that runs from Headcorn to Birmingham. It puts me on the 5.15 south eastern from Headcorn that’s delayed and then on the 07.10 from Euston.
