Grad students and postdocs need our support. 
I know the challenges they face firsthand. When I was at the university, I helped them secure funding, food, housing and heating. 
They have the ideas, do research now, and are also the future of research. 
Time to invest.

Chemistry professors 🙋🏻‍♀️should take this critique very seriously!! Most of my students in gen chem are bio majors. At DU, gen chem has a higher D/F/W rate than organic chemistry. Redesigning with universal design did the MOST to prevent students from failing. #chemtwitter
