Velodrome $VELO +5.5% Sanctum ( $CLOUD) is trading at 0.21x P/F, with $81M in annualized fees against a $17M mcap. → Revenue up +58.7% MoM. The market is pricing this like it's dying, yet the data says otherwise.

This year we launched our new CLOUD site, which shows circulating supply and CLOUD’s vesting schedule for anyone to view and see. We continue to be committed to transparency. 🔗 sanctum.so/cloud

• In 2025, we continued our commitment to governance as the largest futarchic governance on Solana. • At the end of ASR in Q3, we announced we’d be pausing governance for now. The full post and reasoning can be found in the link below. • Many have suggested token buybacks as a long-term solution. While we agree that this may make sense down the line, it feels critically short-sighted to do this now when our core business shows such strong fundamental growth. We did use some of the protocol treasury for strategic buybacks in 2025. • We hired internal counsel this month. His top priority is to make sure Sanctum does token value accrual in a legally compliant way. • CLOUD governance is a robust check on token issuance on the 276M CLOUD in the Community Reserve. TVL up-only. In SOL terms, @sanctumso's TVL chart is ridiculous. I'm preparing our 2025 annual report (Sanctum Quarterly) and am blown away by the growth. Here are some numbers: On 1 January 2024 TVL was ~200,000 SOL. On 1 January 2025 our TVL was ~7.8m SOL. On 1 January 2026 our TVL was ~14.5m SOL. On 21 January 2026 our TVL is ~15.78m SOL. TVL doubled last year and increased by ~10% in the first 20 days of 2026. Sanctum is now responsible for staking just under 3% of all SOL tokens. Pretty cool. The even better news is we have much bigger things in the works, targeting multiples of growth on these numbers. We'll keep focusing on the fundamentals, everything else should all into place.
