Only bit of transfer news I’ve seen involving Charlotte FC this off season. Don’t know much about Jemmes or the type of player he is but just my initial impression is sort of similar to Guzman Corujo but better on the ball. He’s around 6’2, 25 years old, so someone entering their prime. On paper, I tend to like moves like this. We’ll see if there is anything to this rumor.

They do have more money, and I think FO definitely wants to spend. It’s the lack of depth that is my concern, and MLS rules make that part of a build incredibly difficult. I’d more be more optimistic if MLS let off the rules and let us spend our money freely throughout the whole team.

Charlotte FC's Current Depth Chart Now that we got the official end of season roster decisions this is where the roster currently stands heading into the off season. Some observations: - With Biel an official DP it means team needs to offload one of Petkovic or Abada to fit into one of the roster build models (3DP or 4 U22) - Malanda replacement and a backup CB now need to be filled - Depth across the board is a priority There's a lot of work to be done this off season if the team wants to remain top 4 in the East.

@_apbright I was more optimistic going into the 2025 season than I currently am for the 2026 season. Don't think it's a huge hot take, on the @Topbin90 podcast we all felt the same way.
