Who actually uses Codex over Claude Code? Claude Code is just 100x better imo, like the DX is WAY better.

If you think real estate is expensive now, wait till you see how expensive it will be in 5-10 years.
You’re falling for the fake "impending doom" of a huge crash that wont happen.
For fun, lets say it happens and housing prices crash 50%. That doesn’t even solve the problem.
The average American has $8,000 in savings and makes $50,000 annually, many people have much less.
If houses crash 50% in value, they STILL can’t buy a house.
Guess whose is going to buy all of them up?
I’ll give you a hint, it’s all the people you hate the most…
Don’t be a victim of the Doom and get left behind.

I’ve been thinking about buying land in good locations that needs to be cleared for pre-development.
The plan: Handle the entitlement, do the land clearing/logging in-house, run the utilities, and exit.
I want to hear from anyone who has actually done this. What do you think? What are the biggest blind spots I’m not seeing yet?
