Charlotte Running Club will be hosting a free Virtual Boston Marathon on September 12th! The looped route is open 6:00am to 2:00pm and will be supported every approx. 2 miles by our local running stores @omegasportsnc @RFYL @UltraRunCo and @CharRunCo

The weather for my small, outdoor wedding this weekend is not looking great 🌧 ⚡️ But, I rationalize that the Boston Marathon never has great weather and people freakin’ love that race. So, maybe my wedding will be the Boston Marathon of weddings 🤷♀️👰 🏃🏼♀️

The Qualifying Window for 2021 will go back to September 15, 2018
Your old time WILL count as a qualifier, but the cut off will no doubt be more strict in 2021 than it was this year.

My past two weeks has been filled with so many heavy sighs. Yesterday a scheduled medium long run unconsciously stretched into a solid long run... and damn it felt good. Sometimes I forget how therapeutic the simple act of running can be.
