@SkolGriswold You need to find YOUR motivation, not someone else’s. I did it for my daughter, didn’t want her growing up around it. Used Wellbutrin as an aid, only took two weeks worth. Slow quit. That was 15 years ago, haven’t touched tobacco since.

In the next few weeks, Griz is going to go hard into this quitting smoking thing...any advice or things that worked for you, ect (if you've quit) are greatly appreciated

@BlaiseInKC And that's exactly why women will never be as happy as a man can be. Once we drink it, we forget about it. The whole time they're drinking it they're worried about how it's going to affect them the rest of the day

If my wife drinks a small coffee at 1:00 pm she won’t be able to sleep before 11:00. I could drink a 20oz coffee 15 minutes before bed and be out like a light 2 minutes after my head hits the pillow.

So big announcement time. I'm having heart surgery next Tuesday, March 10th. I have an aortic aneurysm that needs cut out and replaced by a synthetic piece. They intend to save my aortic valve and put it in the prosthetic piece.
