Lent has been meh, at best. Our bishop has asked us to focus on the works of mercy. Sunday, the diocesan email highlighted bearing wrongs patiently. An overlooked work of mercy, I noted. I'm getting a master class in it this week. Even when I "fail" at Lent, God finds a way.
