Hey @TeladocHealth @teladocsupport Please train your providers who do virtual visits on how to treat patients. Patients call in for help. A doctor I met today was talking so fast, not answering questions, sticking to script and super rude. You guys are not running a charity!

@teladocsupport - quick virtual care - video consultation is a scam by Teladoc. For less than 30 seconds consultation call and consultation providers informs he cannot give medication, please go to the urgent care but charges $58. A pure scam cheating the patients.

@teladocsupport TELADOC IS A MAJOR MASSIVE SCAM. They apparently make up the “rules” as they go along. It’s ALWAYS a dangerous disaster 90% of the times I have attempted to utilize the services.

Teladoc has a policy where they can only prescribe refills 2x a year. I didn’t know & made an appointment. The doctor YELLED at me about it & refused my refills. Now Teladoc is refusing to refund me. So I’m out $54 and have no asthma meds @teladocsupport @TeladocHealth
