However, there is a frustratingly large amount of disconnect between anti-cheat language, and what is seen in game. I would love to hear how many of your staff actually play the game, particularly ranked Warzone.

Any DMA firmware works for your game. You clearly do not play your own game to realize it yourself. I'll give you a few examples: github.com/cur-114/usb-re… github.com/cur-114/FL1100 github.com/Herooyyy/Free-… I could continue posting examples, such as the infamous VMD firmware for Heino 2, but you are actively analyzing cheat providers yourself, so there is no need. We all understand that you want to defend your team, and no one wants to undermine the hours you guys pour into the game to make it better. I don't want to bluntly attack your product. I'm just trying to be honest and realistic about where you are positioned in the Anti-Cheat race: EAC, ACE, VGK, and even FACEIT are way ahead of your product. There are tens of thousands of players out here who love your game and are as passionate about its success as you are. But when you make statements like this while we see the exact opposite in game, it's hard to trust your words about your efforts. Look at the conversations around the original tweet and your responses. If the majority of the player base has stopped believing your public statements about the state of the Anti-Cheat, maybe it's time to rethink the approach.
