My main take away from spending the last several days in Seattle is that Seattle seems to think it’s San Francisco in terms of being a tech hub and San Francisco seems to think it’s Seattle in terms of being quirky and interesting

@Smuphy @King_Yokel I just go super low energy where I barely do anything 🤣 There was like a week or so straight during covid where I only ate apples and thats it for some reason

@Smuphy @King_Yokel Same boat, I've lost and regained a few times. I don't really recommend it but the most effective thing for me was depression 😅 But a big thing that I try to do is hit a minimum of 10,000 steps in a day

I’m a dude who’s lost weight, regained it, currently relosing it. There are an infinite number of resources out there. I followed Jim Stoppani’s workout plan the first time I lost weight and it was awesome. He’s got several on bodybuilding.com But it all starts in the kitchen. If you aren’t putting in the work there it won’t matter what you do in a gym. My body responds really well to Keto/low carb so that’s what I do, but you could simply just cut your calories back too.

Went to talk to this baby's parents about insurance at the ER today and the dad was holding him and showing him old Toby Keith music videos. That guy rocks.

@Smuphy The girl I was dating last year shared a lot of the same music taste as me. Liked 49 Winchester, Red Clay Strays, etc. But her absolute favorite artist was Jessie Murph, I just couldn't do it 🤣

Back when I was in the dating scene, I met this girl at the bar. We really hit it off. Talked for a few weeks, hung out several times and then she told me Florida Georgia line was her favorite band. I couldn’t get past it. 😂

Last night I had the opportunity to combine my music family and my best friends of a decade. Everyone laughed and hugged and had the best time. I say it all the time, but my heart could truly burst with how much gratitude I have for the way this community has shaped my life

@arcadian_ish Ahhh gotcha. Yep, big Cardinals fan. I like the Royals too as long as they're not playing the Cardinals. I grew up going to games for both teams since I'm from like exactly in the middle of them both. I was spoiled growing up a cards fan, but the past few years have been meh
