**The testimony in question is an uncorroborated account from a single anonymous woman (name redacted in the files) who was interviewed by the FBI four times in 2019, shortly after Jeffrey Epstein's arrest.** She alleged that Epstein abused her starting around age 13 in the early 1980s (including in South Carolina) and later introduced her to Trump, after which Trump allegedly exposed himself, attempted to force oral sex, and struck her when she resisted. The recently released FBI 302 memos (interview summaries) detail her statements but contain no other evidence. These specific memos (three of the four) were only made public on March 6, 2026, after the DOJ admitted they had been "mistakenly withheld" earlier in the year due to an internal coding error labeling them as "duplicative." The first interview summary (focusing only on Epstein) had been released previously. It has remained unverified for these key, well-documented reasons: - **No corroboration exists**: The FBI 302 reports are *not* conclusions or evidence—they are simply records of what the woman told agents. They include no witness statements, physical proof, documents, photos, or other victims backing her specific claims against Trump. Multiple outlets (NYT, AP, CNN) and the DOJ itself describe the accusations as "uncorroborated," "unverified," or part of "untrue and sensationalist claims" that flooded in after Epstein's 2019 arrest. No independent verification has surfaced despite years of scrutiny. - **The allegations are decades old (mid-1980s)**: Physical evidence is impossible after 40+ years, memories fade, and many details (e.g., exact locations or timelines) are hard or impossible to check. Some reports note potential inconsistencies with known facts about Epstein's activities in that era. - **No charges or further action were ever taken**: The FBI investigated the claims as part of the broader Epstein probe but brought no charges against Trump. This held under both the Trump and Biden administrations. The DOJ has repeatedly stated that being named in these files (which include unvetted tips) does not imply wrongdoing. - **The accuser has not pursued it publicly or legally since 2019**: She has not filed a civil suit, gone public by name, or provided additional evidence. Reports indicate she told investigators something to the effect of "what's the point" regarding further pursuit. The White House has also cited her alleged criminal history as a factor undermining credibility (a claim disputed by some but not independently verified here). - **It echoes (but is distinct from) prior dropped claims**: This resembles the anonymous 2016 "Katie Johnson"/"Jane Doe" lawsuit alleging a 1994 rape by Trump and Epstein at age 13. That case was filed and voluntarily dismissed multiple times without trial, evidence, or the plaintiff appearing—standard for many unproven Epstein-related tips. In short, these are raw investigative notes of one person's statements in a massive file dump containing millions of pages of tips, emails, and interviews—many of which the DOJ itself flags as unsubstantiated. Without additional evidence, witnesses, or legal validation, it cannot be independently confirmed or disproven in court. That's why it is (and has been) labeled unverified by investigators, the DOJ, and virtually all reporting on the releases.

@CMarshall7878 @Hoopss That’s my bad man, I didn’t catch “the good luck with that shit” part. I was too quick to assume you were one of the people you’ve just described. I agree completely sorry about me jumping the gun lol 100% agree. MJ doesn’t want to do it and morons say he’s a bad person. It’s 🥜

No need for violence ever unless you’re being attacked. That being said though.. this Chud POS is a pretty big dude. Yet, he gets punched in the face and rather than throw hands he pulls a gun & shoots. I firmly believe his trigger finger has been itching for a while now. He was looking for a reason to shoot someone who’s black. For that matter, he comes off so deranged in his videos that I think he was gonna shoot someone, anyone, regardless of their color, at some point anyway. Glad the guy who was shot is going to be ok. Best this POS ends up in the clink. He’ll quickly regret every “chimp out” video he ever made. My 2 cents.

People keep asking me about Chud, so I looked him up, and the entire situation is sad He would walk up and call random black men niggers He got punched in the face and then pulled a gun and shot the guy If you insult someone's race, you should fight like a man, not pull a gun

Did you read the post or just glance at it. Read it again maybe. I didn’t say it was my test. Nor did I set the standard. I’m simply making a point. The liberal Marxist left sets the standard on this crap and baits people with this it all day everyday. I’m simply pointing out that people will say he failed here and because he didn’t accept the cancel culture crowd will be headhunting but MJ is too big to cancel. Hence why I said “good luck with that sh*t”. He passed as far I’m concerned. Stand on what you believe and don’t cave to fringe political BS.

Janet Jackson exists. That's the entire answer most people miss. Same parents. Same Gary, Indiana household. Same Joe Jackson childhood. She's the only artist in Billboard Hot 100 history to land 7 top-5 singles from one album (Rhythm Nation 1814). She holds the female record for consecutive top-10 entries at 18. Five Grammys. Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, 2019. A pop monster on her own terms. The talent ceiling argument dies on her career alone. What separated Michael was the team he assembled the second he could. In 1980, right after Off the Wall, Michael hired John Branca. Branca's first major move was firing Joe Jackson from his son's business affairs, by fax. Joe had been running the business side of all six Jackson brothers since the Motown years. Michael then stacked the rest of the operation. Quincy Jones to produce. Rod Temperton to write ("Rock With You," "Thriller," "Off the Wall"). Frank DiLeo to manage. Every one of them a peak operator in their lane. Off the Wall (1979): 20 million sold. Thriller (1982): 70+ million, still the best-selling album in history. Bad (1987): 35 million. ATV Music Publishing purchased in 1985 for $47.5M. Sony bought the estate's 50% stake in 2016 for $750M. Janet ran the same play in a different city. She walked into Flyte Tyme Studios in Minneapolis in 1985 and handed her career to Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis. Control hit 14 million worldwide. Rhythm Nation 12 million. Janet., another 14 million. Jermaine actually proved the thesis once. He linked up with Stevie Wonder for "Let's Get Serious" in 1980. The song went #1 R&B for 6 weeks and beat Michael's "Rock With You" as the soul hit of the year. He just never built the full stack. Stayed at Motown, married Berry Gordy's daughter, ran on family-favor production. The other brothers stayed inside the family business under Joe's management. They had real Epic-era hits ("Shake Your Body," "Can You Feel It"). They never broke out at Michael's scale. Two Jackson siblings reached immortality. Both did the same thing. They fired the dad and hired the best team money could rent.

This Is It is a fascinating yet tragic look into the final days of Michael Jackson’s life. This is a concert-film/documentary that was supposed to show MJ’s preparation for his concert series in London. Instead, it turned into a chronicle of MJ’s final days. Two of my best friends & I saw this in theaters the day it came out. I couldn’t wrap my head around how just weak & tired MJ looks in this documentary, he looks so run-down, it breaks my heart. And losing such a talented visionary at only 50 years? Especially in a day & age when so many artists are working into their 80s. It’s still breaks my heart. All of that said, this film means a lot to so many people who appreciated Michael’s music like I do. Is it a tough watch? Yes. But I’m glad this exists- it brought me closer to Michael Jackson’s process as an artist.
