@British_Airways I am booked to fly to NYC today and been informed by someone staying there with virgin) The Row hotel is closed with immediate affect! They have been moved to a different hotel. I have not been informed and need to discuss our booking with someone urgently.

@innocent My 6 year old told me that her smoothie carton was a bit watery...on closer look I found that all cartons are in fact filled with water! Don’t want to pay out for more if all we are getting is water! I have emailed you but no response.
