Krebs, a CBS News cybersecurity expert and analyst, says there were “countless memos” distributed to senior officials about the intent of foreign adversaries in the lead up to the 2020 election.

He registered their websites using Konnech email addresses. Those websites promoted election software for China’s National People’s Congress alongside projects for Detroit and U.S. overseas voters. Yu was arrested in 2022 for allegedly storing American election-worker data in China. The prosecutor called it potentially “the largest breach of election data in American history.” Then DA George Gascón dropped the case because he believed prosecuting Eugene Yu would politically benefit you. Former employees and forensic experts later alleged under oath that: • Konnech’s software was developed in China • Chinese nationals had administrative access • U.S. election data was stored on Chinese servers • Yu's Chinese companies were a major election-software provider for the CCP The DCSA reportedly verified the matter as a national-security threat and referred it to the FBI. The FBI under Biden and Wray declined to investigate. Even worse, Eugene Yu’s own lawyer revealed at his bond hearing that the FBI contacted Yu before his arrest, not to investigate him, but to help keep Konnech in business. Konnech already has an arrest, sworn witnesses, preserved forensic evidence, and documented links between its U.S. election systems and Chinese operations. There are no meaningful ways to "patch" the voting machines. They are designed to be exploited. If these are the talking points coming from John Solomon and intelligence officials, they are participating in creating a limited hangout. I think I’m going to spend some time in the vault today digging up some of the best 2020 quasi election content I can find. Here’s a classic. MN Attorney General Ellison, late in the afternoon, begs people to go vote in a state Trump campaigned heavily for and didn’t need to win because - “we don’t have all of the votes we need quiet yet.” Huh? The party that exclusively made 2020 a mail-in election and even lost Election Day in Hawaii of all places 70/30 needs people to rush out in Minnesota to vote? The state Reagan lost in 1984? And then hours later Biden won it by over 7 points, as bad as Obama beat Romney. Ridiculous.
