Genuinely, how do I stop autopiloting in fighting games? There are so many times where instead of doing the right punish that I know I should be doing in my head that my hands just kinda act before i think it. Is it the unmedicated ADHD or does anyone else do this?

@Az_Artorius I only play and practice fgs to see what about the character's design, playstyle and lore say about me. If I don't have a character that appeals to my aesthetic I don't play the game. And vice versa some character s get me to play games I hate😭

Honestly I hate this "who cares about the story/lore" attitude, I Do, I play fighting games for the characters, they are more than fucking frame data, archetypes and functions
