@virginmedia Recently I upgraded my phone. The lady who I dealt with via your tele sales was great however she told me I would receive an extra £180 on top of my phone trade in value. I’m still waiting for this £180. I’ve been passed around that many different virgin depts now it’s a joke.

Also @Hermesparcels sending a £115 item next day delivery, not to be informed 3 days later, that the item was "damaged", having to find out for myself, contact a CSR fill in a form and wait up to 28 days for it to be reviewed, and then God knows how long after for compensation🤦
