Visited our military exercise #Hedgehog2025. More than 16,000 troops, including 7000 reservists and 5,000 allied troops participating. This time also the rapid deployment of the 4th brigade from UK to Estonia and a battalion from France. Estonia & NATO stand strong. #WeAreNATO

Last week the Battalion entered 2 teams into the #BismarckChallenge. A 4 mile X-country race across Catterick. Teams of 4 carried 40kg of kit between them, in the fastest time possible. It was a great event, with over 80 teams from across @1UKDivision competing. @The_Black_Rats
