UI feels like I’m "entering home" — menu looks clean and efficient. Fastest KYC I’ve ever done. Its the mirror of a local card. Balance in EURe, spends in EUR = the card debits EURe 1:1.
€5 in the BVG S-Train. 5 EURe debited. Zero FX conversion. Zero markup. Zilch.
What separates GnosisPay from most stablecoin cards is the non-custodial wallet layer. The card runs across different apps. I tested it through @getrebind and @gnosisapp
Rebind connects to @monerium for a real IBAN. SEPA transfers convert to EURe automatically. Your pre-spend balance earns yield while it sits (today 5.5%).
Gnosis App mints gCRC reward tokens weekly. Swap them to EURe or load directly to the card.
But since I had to buy EURe from USDC, this is the exchange rate I got
swapped $17.37 USDC.e → €15.01 EURe at 0.86/USDC. Witouth a swap fee, and slippage.
Rate is performed onchain by @CoWSwap.
Google spot that day was 0.86 also.
