Unpopular music take that would put you in a situation like this?

I’ve been severely addicted to nicotine for god knows how many years and as much as nicotine doesn’t affect the way I am on the daily like alcohol or drugs would do it is a burden to continuously have this craving feeling creeping in the back of my head. Today I’m making my first step to quitting, I’m switching from a 50mg vape to a 20mg and will be slowly reducing till I’m at 0mg and then quit the oral habit after that. This is something I’ve been wanting to do for a long time but truth is I’ve been a coward and have been afraid to quit. Seeing all my friends quit in the last year kinda gave me the motivation to finally start the process of quitting and also gave me the urge to start taking care of my body a little more. A lot of people told me to quit cold turkey but I know this would be insanely hard for me especially with the absurd amount of stress I’m dealing with recently. Gonna take this one day at a time and keep you guys updated because if I can quit anybody can. If this can motivate even 1 person than I feel like it’ll be worth it.
