This year, @vj_edgecombe & @BoogieFland definitely held their own on the national scene in the rankings. Both helped lead their respective suburban schools to big-time rankings in publications such as @SCNext & @MaxPreps. Both also would go on to play in postseason all-star games such as the @McDAAG, @JordanClassic & the @nikehoopsummit. Both will also be playing for high-major schools, such as @BaylorMBB & @RazorbackMBB, respectively. Both would win some individual hardware, with Edgecombe being a two-time @Gatorade Player of the Year in the state of New York, the NIBC Player of the Year & a @NYSFederation championship (2022-23), and Fland being a two-time @CHSAA_NYC champion (2023 & 2024), a two-time @lohudsports Player of the Year, a gold-medalist for @usabjnt & the 2024 New York Mr. 🏀 Award winner.
