Dan Hurley before him did nothing in the tournament. And Ben McCollum at Drake still won so? And again he used his NIL to get mid majors recruits not stars

@CPR4Greatness @samurai_hoops Ben McCollum has 6 million to work with in NIL. Thats decent for an already established, championship level coach. Luke Murray has never coached and he’s going to a school that has literally no money. And it’s in the ACC. It’s an impossible job.

Thought process has to be pretty clear here for Luke. If he makes the tournament just once with BC, that man is set up for the next big high level HM job

Mccollum for example, brought basically d2 team to win in a mid major level then mid majors up to Iowa and got to the sweet 16. Money isnt everything

Golden said after the game he wanted to foul one of Iowa's role players and see if he could make two FTs under pressure. That would have given the Gators one more possession or at least gotten to OT. We all know about the foul-up-three but have you ever heard of foul up two?

To be totally fair, you can’t blame this all on the refs when Florida is shooting 37% from the floor (10/27). Some of these misses were layups, too. That’s not the refs’ fault.
But yeah… you gotta hope the officiating evens out in the second half.
