In its defence at the @CIJ_ICJ, Israel claimed it has protected civilians with ‘evacuation orders’ and ‘humanitarian/safe zones’. In the week leading up to today's ruling on provisional measures, Israel has repeatedly targeted shelters & hospitals within these humanitarian zones.
