Chuck Norris held a 183-10-2 record and was a 6x world champion in full contact bare knuckle karate.
On top of that, he beat heavyweight kickboxing world champion Joe Lewis 3 consecutive times and also had a brutal sparring match with undefeated kickboxing world champion, Bill Superfoot Wallace, that lasted an hour and a half. According to Wallace, they practically stalemated and "beat the crap out of each other".
Chuck was trained in kickboxing/boxing by Benny The Jet Urquidez and was also trained in BJJ by the Gracies and Machados for 20 years. Even being able to submit Carlos Machado himself on occasion.
Chuck had a 315 Ibs bench press at 180 lbs bodyweight and was said to have a grip back in the day that nobody could escape from because he was so strong. Even Jean Claude Van Damme said he'd never fight Chuck Norris, despite being a kickboxing world champion himself.
Chuck held a 10th degree black belt in Chun Kuk Do, a 9th degree black belt in Tang Soo Do, an 8th degree black belt in Taekwondo, a 5th degree black belt in Karate, a 3rd degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and a black belt in Judo.
Rest in peace, Chuck!

@d_1awrence Sailor did not explain how he arrives to 1 m when he gets 5% of the supply. He is close to 4% now.

Saylor said that if #MSTR are lucky enough get to 5% of the network, Bitcoin will be $1M.
5% of 21M is 1.05M #BTC
He also said that if MSTR get to 7.5%, Bitcoin will be $10M a coin
7.5% of 21M is 1.575M BTC
He has also predicted that Bitcoin will produce a CAGR of 29% on average over the next 21 years.
Strategy currently sits with 738,731 BTC on their balance sheet.
This week, there's a good chance they've bought at least 30,000 BTC.
If they continue that run rate, they'll achieve 5% of the Bitcoin network in 11 weeks and 7.5% of the network by the end of September - 6 months from now.
It's utterly insane!
I don't think any logical person thinks we're 11 weeks from Bitcoin being $1M.
When Saylor made those predictions, I don't think he would have thought in his wildest dreams that they could become a reality in 2026 - it was a 10-20 year prediction.
So the accumulation may happen this year, but the price predictions wont.
At least not for now. But the concept is still the same.
If you eliminate 1.5M BTC from circulation and continue to pump tens of billions of dollars into the network on a weekly basis, consistently, for months, there'll become a point where the price has to explode to levels that we deem unimaginable at this point.
So if Saylor's accumulation speed has been underestimated by himself and the Bitcoin community, there's also a real possibility that the CAGR predictions that we've all been modelling on and the steady climb to those dizzy price prediction levels are underestimated too.
One cant happen without the other.
If the accumulation is aggressive, the re-pricing to reflect the supply squeeze will be as aggressive.
The next 6 months will be very interesting to watch.

‼️The UAE will run out of water.🫧
People are already panic buying water, the smart ones at least.
Tap water isn’t drinkable.
Bottled water has to be shipped in.
The airways are closed.
The sea (Hormuz) is closed.
Nothing is coming in.
It’s the desert.
Temperatures can rise up to 130 degrees Fahrenheit (55 degrees Celsius) with 100% humidity.
The government has instructed people not to panic buy, which means they know they will run out of water.
I speak from personal experience when I lived in the UAE as a child, and war broke out in the region, everyone panic bought water, and there was non left for the rest of us.
Who thought it was a good idea to stick 9 million foreigners in the desert? The same people who invented the "UAE" in the first place. Nature was always going to reclaim that place.

Vitamin C enhances iron absorption
Copper and vitamin D prevents iron toxicity
Potassium and sodium need to go together
Calcium is useless without vitamins D and K
Vitamin A and D go hand in hand
We need zinc to use vitamins A and D
Creatine makes your B2, B6, B9 and B12 more effective
Glycine balances methionine
Zinc can deplete copper, copper can deplete zinc
B6 and magnesium work synergistically
B9 is powerless without B12
Iron won't be very useful without vitamin A
Manganese won't do much without copper or B7
Phosphate is in everything, but calcium balances it out
Choline spares the need for B2, B6, B9 and B12
B1 won't do much without enough B3
Sulfur needs enough iron for energy
Glycine and cysteine will go to waste without B1, B2 and B3
B2 won't do you much good without B5
and the list goes on and on and on.
Infinitely complex and beautiful.

Silver didn’t drop 30% because the world changed its mind about electrification, solar, or strategic metals overnight. It dropped because the January move turned silver into a crowded, levered trade, and once the tape cracked the market started pricing financing, not fundamentals. When volatility spikes, the people who control the plumbing step in and exchanges raise margin, brokers tighten risk, market makers widen out and the trade goes from “I’m long because I believe” to “I’m selling because I have to.”
The dollar bounce didn’t cause this either. A 1% move in DXY doesn’t explain a trapdoor. It just adds background pressure. The real driver was too many longs, too much leverage, too little liquidity right when risk systems flipped from adding exposure to cutting it.
The China export licensing story likely helped ignite the run up. It gave the market a clean scarcity narrative, pulled in momentum, and made the upside feel inevitable. But that’s exactly how you get the blow off, a real catalyst attracts leverage… then the margin regime shifts… and the unwind is violent.
This was a collateral cascade. Not a referendum on silver’s long term role..a forced cleanout of the easy, financed version of the trade. If you want to know whether the thesis is actually broken, don’t stare at the candle. Watch open interest, margin changes, and whether physical markets stay sticky after paper gets flushed.

« Turning point !
