One of the advantages of being in Sydney was that I was able to have a face to face meeting with Bill Bannear of @ThinkPlace. Bill is doing some of the most interesting thinking globally regarding the building of relationships across systems as an outcome in their own right. Delighted with our @NHMRC partnership grant “Quality Coaching to implement a Hospital Fall Prevention Strategy” with @SydneyLHD @SWSLHD @NSWCEC and a large multidisciplinary team. Working collaboratively the only way to reduce the 34,000+ falls in Australian hospitals each year.
