Better to keep quiet until just before launch or the community will hound you for every pivot. I like to error on oversharing. B1 wants to act like Apple and wait until everything is done.

The "new normal" of high #ETH gas fees. This was some ERC20 token transfers, a 1inch swap, a token claim, and a couple uniswap purchases. This makes the fees on centralized exchanges look cheap. That's not a good thing.
