The refunds go to the U.S. importers (companies and businesses) that paid the tariffs on imported goods—the ones who filed the entries with Customs and Border Protection.
The money was deposited into the U.S. Treasury's general fund when collected. Now the government must pay it back from current revenues or other sources, as there's no dedicated "tariff pot" sitting untouched. The Court of International Trade will oversee the claims process.

Seems like all of the village idiots that know nothing about psychology have chimed in. If you ever wonder why you have low self-esteem, of why you engage in self-destructive behavior and never reached your potential as an individual, it’s because your cunt parents treated you like the girl in the video.

@DiedSuddenly_ Abuse. Overpowering a child is always wrong. When they’re crying, they’re not even processing what you’re saying they’re just coping with the situation. Continuing to press them like this will have ramifications in adulthood.

🚨🇺🇸SENATOR EICHORN BUSTED IN CHILD SEX STING
Justin Eichorn thought he was meeting a 16-year-old girl. Instead, he met the cops.
The Minnesota Republican was arrested after allegedly soliciting sex from an undercover detective posing as a minor.
Police say he showed up in his pickup truck, expecting a rendezvous.
Now, he’s facing felony charges and sitting in a Hennepin County jail cell.
Eichorn had recently pushed for a state senator to resign over a burglary charge.
Looks like he’s got bigger problems now.

The policy that a U.S. president can only serve two terms was established by the 22nd Amendment to the United States Constitution. It was passed by Congress on March 21, 1947, and ratified by the required number of states on February 27, 1951, officially becoming law.
Before this amendment, there was no formal limit on presidential terms, though a two-term precedent had been set by George Washington, who voluntarily stepped down after his second term in 1797. Most presidents followed this tradition until Franklin D. Roosevelt, who was elected to four terms starting in 1932. His extended presidency during the Great Depression and World War II prompted concerns about concentrated power, leading to the push for the 22nd Amendment.
The amendment states that "No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice," ensuring that a president can serve a maximum of two full terms (8 years), whether consecutive or non-consecutive. If a vice president or other successor assumes the presidency and serves less than two years of an unexpired term, they can still run for two additional full terms, making a theoretical maximum of 10 years possible.
With all this being said, it’s also noted that because during this period congress vacated their seats (SINE DIE) without day, meaning they left without announcing a return date to reconvene, therefore, every amendment after the 13th is lawfully considered (Null and Void) because they were never lawfully ratified, this includes the 22ndwhich makes the 2-term limitation come into question. And I believe Trump is aware of this based on comments he has made.

🇺🇸COULD TRUMP RUN AGAIN? ONLY IF THE CONSTITUTION CHANGES
At a recent event, Trump asked, “Should I run again?”—met with chants of “Four more years!” from the crowd.
The 22nd Amendment bars any president from serving more than two terms—so under current law, Trump can’t run again.
The only way around it?
Amending the Constitution, which requires:
1. Approval by two-thirds of Congress (House & Senate)
2. Ratification by 38 states
A near-impossible hurdle, making a third Trump term legally out of reach.

Manuscripts dating to the early 15th century and back to the 8th century who were allegedly compiled from even older sources for summoning magic ships and flying thrones.
The eight spirits that are summoned for the magic ship are neither malevolent nor benevolent; they are somewhere in between and still redeemable.
You would be surprised that the ruler of the Holy Roman Empire, Charlemagne The Great, was summoning these spirits while specifically banning the summoning of other, more malevolent spirits.
I asked if there was interest in this topic, but either there is none or my X account is gone. Either way, I'm sharing this with you.
Now go ask the 'channelers' what they know about this...🙄
