Dr. Gunjan Mandal’s career highlights a particular focus on malignancies in women, such as breast, ovarian, & endometrial cancers, with a remarkable publications in Immunity, Cancer Research, Nature, Science, Cancer Cell, Journal of Immunology, JCI etc

By applying these toolkits to datasets associated with atlas-level single-cell studies their aim is to arrive at an improved understanding of how distinct tumors develop & how the cross-talk of tumor cells with other cells in their microenvironment shapes progression & metastasis
