I've had a massive battle with being seen on CT and X.
...but I just had an onboarding experience that makes it all make sense.
An old friend and I were discussing creative pursuits, and when I mentioned I was creating an art project, their response was "Oh cool."
End of conversation.
See, no one cares what they cannot see or understand. Hence, the crickets on my timeline.
So, I decided to send my friend a preview of 10 NFTs that I have created.
His response was anything but "Oh cool."
In his his next 10 texts, feverously sent over a minute and a half, consisted of the following:
- WTF?
- This is amazing, how did you do this?
- How many did you make?
- This is insanity - I've never seen anything like this!
- Are you going to make a videogame of this?
- Man, you could make movies of this! TV shows!
- That 4th one you sent in so cool - can i have that one?
- Wait, no... i'll have number 5 too. Actually, I'll have them all.
- Is it too late to get on board? Can I join the team?
- What do I gotta do to join you on this journey?
So, with the longest gestation period of any NFT in the ecosystem coming down the pipeline, and it happens to fall in front of your eyes today, maybe the one time you get to engage with this content, change your algorithm, and change your spot in this digital world... what do you do next?
Keep scrolling as usual resulting in the same results as yesterday?
Oh, cool.
