This week was an amazing week! I was able to see some of my medics train to become better marksmen. I am so proud of them. I also was able to take time out of my busy schedule to donate blood to the JBSA blood bank. @CSM_MEDCoE @USACIMT @TRADOCCSM

This past weekend I completed my last half marathon of the year! Next year goal is to run and complete 3 full and 9 half marathons.
