Community Notification: Missing At-risk juvenile CSPD is seeking assistance in locating a 13-year-old Izobella Castillo. Izobella was last seen on Friday, May 1, 2026, around 9:45am in the 700 block of Riverview Lane. Izobella is around 5’-1”, 130Ibs, with black short hair, brown eyes, and a pierced septum. Izobella was last seen wearing a white striped t-shirt, jeans, and a black jacket. If you have seen or know of Izobella Castillo’s location, please call CSPD at 719-444-7000.

Community Notification: Missing At-risk Juveniles CSPD is seeking assistance in locating 13-year-old Giuliano Hurtado and 12-year-old Lilyana Norris. It’s believed that they are together and are trying to avoid being found. Giuliano is a Hispanic male, approximately 5’5” with a heavy build, dark brown hair (curly on top), and brown eyes. Lilyana is a white female with a medium build and brown/dirty blonde hair. They were last seen on April 28, 2026, and may be driving a 2026 blue Honda Civic. James was last seen on Wednesday, April 22,2026, around 12:41pm in the 3000 block of Pinnacle Drive. James is around 4’-7”, 80Ibs, with green eyes, and brown hair. James was last seen wearing a grey shirt, black pajama pants with the Mario brother’s mushroom on them, and no shoes. Community Notification: Missing At-risk Adult CSPD is seeking assistance in locating 93-year-old Kenneth Johnson, a resident of Yoder, Colorado. Kenneth was last seen on Monday, April 13, 2026, at St. Francis Hospital, located at 6001 East Woodmen Road between 12:30 PM and 12:50 PM. Kenneth was driving a red 2008 Pontiac Solstice convertible bearing Colorado license plate 160-KXY and has not returned home or back to the hospital. Kenneth is a White male, approximately 6’0” and 190 lbs., with white hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, tan pants, blue tennis shoes, black suspenders, glasses, and he walks with a cane. James was last seen on Monday, April 13, 2026, around 11:40am in the 3000 block of Pinnacle Drive. James is 4’-7”, 65Ibs, with green eyes and brown hair. James was last seen wearing a blue polo shirt, dark blue sweater that says Colorado Military Academy on it, dark blue pants, no shoes, and black socks. Community Notification: Missing At-risk Juveniles CSPD is seeking assistance in locating 13-year-old Giuliano Hurtado (photo right) and 12-year-old Liliana Norris (photo left). It’s believed that they are together and are trying to avoid being found. Giuliano is a Hispanic male, approximately 5’5” with a heavy build, dark brown hair (curly on top), and brown eyes. Liliana is a white female with a medium build and brown/dirty blonde hair. The two were last seen together around 11:00 a.m. in the area of Skyview Middle School in the 6300 block of Windom Peak Boulevard. They were later seen at approximately 5:30 p.m. at the Panera Bread in the 1800 block of Briargate Parkway. **UPDATE** The shelter-in-place for residents 1 block directly north of the hospital has been lifted.
