@CSPScheme Please help! 🙏 I applied for my pension in August. No response. I have only received automatic emails. The portal is useless. Tried phoning but can't get through. I'm now very concerned.

@CSPScheme continually get my pension statement wrong. I took my preserved classic pension (up to 2017) and since then mycsp cannot understand I have paid into alpha between 2017 and 2022 when they claim I started. Tried to complain but stonewalled. Such awful service.

@CSPScheme I retired on 31 October. I have not received my lump sum. I have emailed through the portal no response. I phoned three days ago and spoke to someone they said my case was being processed, and they would email me, but I have still not heard anything. Can you help?

@CSPScheme My partner has been waiting since February 2025 for his pension (lump sum and monthly payments). He has completed all forms, chased by phone on numerous occasions and submitted two complaints. Still nothing. We will go to the ombudsman and press if not resolved asap.

@CSPScheme my husband has been waiting for his civil service pension since September the 9th! He’s phoned every week for the last 2 months, to be told you will hear in 3-5 days, then those days pass and nothing! This has left us in serious financial crisis! 1/2
