@SkyUK Cancelled my TV, broadband and talk package. Took ages to persuade you that I was serious. Was promised a box to return router. THAT WAS A LIE! Royal Mail turned up with just a label, wife had to rush round to find a box while postie waited.

@CSPScheme Member website appears to be down, login takes me to a blank screen, so annual benefit statements are not available. When will it be back up?

@CSPScheme tried again through the app, that says ABS not available, although email says it is. Checked website, and it’s there to download. If the app isn’t working, take it off the app stores, or at least tell people that it’s not right when they log in!

@transport_wales When will the footbridge at Cathays be replaced? It’s too steep and slippery. I know there are plans but I can’t find any date for this.

@NewportCouncil I see the problem. You have garden waste collection listed for our neighbours, but our address only has household waste.
