- does everyone need to be there? Less people usually means more conversation.
- does it need to go this long? In my experience, conversation expands to fill the time

One of the biggest barriers to productivity is inefficient meetings. To stop wasting time, draining energy, and losing ideas, we should audit our meetings:
(1) Could this be an email?
(2) Does it need to be this long?
(3) What would make it a better use of our time?

@DanielPink Totally agree. I find going for a walk helps me clear my head, and I’m more likely to solve problems on a walk as I’m “mulling” something over. Plus it’s good for my health!
