Just a few more shares added to the OS. What's another 500 million when the AS is unlimited. I've heard a smart OTC CEO guy once say "Reverse Splits are for pussies ". $GTVH Got some 2s. New direction coming with government veteran programs. Selling seems to have dried out. Bloated pig but it's a cult stock. Let's see if we get another run here. Also, dividend record date is April 16th. Every 30 shares of GTVH gets you 1 share of $SNTX.

Today I want to address something important. Over the past several months I stepped into a situation at $GTVH that came with a significant number of legacy obligations and issues that existed long before I ever arrived. Many of those matters were not known to me at the time, and I was completely blindsided by a lot of them after stepping into the role. Despite that, I made the personal decision to take responsibility for addressing them because it was the right thing to do for the Company and for its shareholders. Since that time, a tremendous amount of work has been done to clean up those legacy matters. While working through and with frustrated and long-neglected investors, millions of dollars in liabilities have been reduced, preferred structures have been addressed, and outstanding obligations have been worked through. This process required significant time, effort, and personal commitment behind the scenes. Throughout this process I have not issued myself compensation, shares, or taken anything from the Company. In fact, I brought my own businesses, resources, and teams into the ecosystem at my personal expense to help create real operational value where none previously existed. I understand that public companies often come with speculation, criticism, and strong opinions. That is part of the territory. However, it is important to stay grounded and focused on facts rather than emotion or noise. The reality is simple: I stepped into a difficult situation that I did not create and did my absolute best to address it responsibly every single day. With the majority of those legacy matters now behind the Company, the future at $GTVH is bright. The company stands cleaner than it has in years and now has real operating businesses with massive potential producing revenue every single day. To close, No transactions involving the Companies will ever be structured in a way that does not properly account for shareholder value. I encourage everyone to wait for the finalized facts and official communications from the Company as details are completed.
